Tracy Hills

Tracy Hills is a 1,850-acre resort-style master-planned community located 30 minutes east of the Bay Area and nestled against the rolling foothills of southwest Tracy, California. Upon completion, Tracy Hills will deliver approximately 5,980 new single-family homes to a growing and underserved region for housing. This is the first and only hillside project in the region with a location that offers panoramic views over the city of Tracy and across the Central Valley to the Sierra Nevada Mountains.
