The Polo Fields

Head to southern Overland Park and, amid picturesque, rolling terrain that’s reminiscent of Polo Fields’ namesake, you’ll find a community that makes a lasting impression on prospective homeowners and current residents alike. Located at 164th Street and Quivira Road, Polo Fields is an exceptional community strategically located on some of the most beautiful land in Johnson County. The 155-acre luxury new home community is situated atop what were once actual polo fields, giving Polo Fields a dual sense of beauty and history. Homes at Polo Fields are part of an energy-efficient, AT&T fiber optic neighborhood and feature all-stucco exteriors and acute attention to detail that incorporates cutting-edge architectural details. Additionally, the spacious homesites give homeowners the freedom and flexibility to pursue design features like side-entry garages, courtyard garages and ranch-style layouts, all without compromising the lot size. The beautifully built homes are no doubt one of the key appeals of Polo Fields, yet the community also boasts several amenities and an enviable location in the Blue Valley School District. Polo Fields homeowners have access to a large swimming pool and cabana, not to mention more than 70 acres of open space.
