The Grove at Bratton Park

Our Legacy Eastwood Homes has been in the business of providing homes of exceptional quality at reasonable prices since 1977. The company has seen a great deal of change over the years, but their commitment to conducting business with integrity has never been questioned. Our Growth Eastwood Homes has experienced steady growth over their many years in the business. Expansions have been strategic, well-researched, and thoroughly calculated. Since the owner and founder is a Carolina native, his personal knowledge of the region has aided in the successful expansion of Eastwood Homes. Each of the 6 divisions of Eastwood Homes has a slightly different appeal, even though all are situated just a short drive from the corporate headquarters in Charlotte. Despite the varying personalities of these regions, all divisions have the same mission – to build homes of exceptional value and outstanding craftsmanship while delivering unparalleled customer service. Activities in all divisions are still monitored by the founder himself, providing a true hometown appeal to all communities. Our Advantage Eastwood Homes is a true "Hometown Business". Because we are based in the Carolinas, we are particularly committed to growth in our area. We use our experience and knowledge of the Southeast to select and build in communities that offer exactly what you are looking for. We have the ability to adapt to meet market needs and demands because our decisions are made by people who personally understand the way you live. Through customer involvement from start to finish, you have the opportunity to participate in the decision-making for your new home. After all, who knows your dream better than you?
