Paul and Susan Mowery are both General Contractors with Unlimited Licenses and are able to design and build a home to suit your needs in any price range. Paul spent his entire life working in construction at his family's business, Wagoner Construction Company, based out of Salisbury, North Carolina. He received an Associate's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Rowan Cabarrus Community College and his Bachelor's in Business Management from High Point University. Susan obtained her Brokerage License in Real Estate and General Contractor's License after receiving a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Catawba College. Their mutual love for construction and people inspired them to start their own construction business together. Paul and Susan are both extremely talented and proficient at building a home from start to finish, but they enjoy working as a team on all projects. Paul excels in design and planning while Susan loves to find the best amenities for their client's budget.
