Powell's Landing/Gp Homes

Powell's Landing is located at the center of all the natural wonders of Eastern Prince William County. The community is hugged by Leesylvania State Park and Marina, a 500-acre haven of hardwood forest, coastal bluffs, beaches and boating facilities. Powell's Creek, a tributary of the Potomac River, borders the southern edge of the community. Woven throughout the homes and amenities of Powell's Landing are acres of open space, tree save areas, pocket parks, wooded buffers and a network of sidewalks and trails.
