Pine River Village / Somerset Walk
Come visit our models and see for yourself why this is a one-of-a-kind opportunity! Pine River Village is a collection 175 active adult units as well as two recreation buildings located on a 33-acre site on Pine Street in Lakewood, N.J. Designed in a traditional neighborhood format, the project offers an alternative to the conventional one-story, garage-dominated active adult communities. Somerset's design reduced the number of permitted units to develop a neighborhood that was termed by the Township Planner at the time, ?a model for development within the township.?
