A residential workforce housing project to consist of 24 units at 23-25 Duncan Avenue, Mary Norton Manor is the third workforce housing project to be constructed in Jersey City and the first in the West Side Ward. The Agency in its ongoing advocacy of "green," sustainable, energy efficient projects, has worked closely with the Franklin Development Group to ensure that the building is built to L.E.E.D "silver" rating standard.
