We are excited about this new product we are bringing to the Springs. Overlooking Sand Creek with views of Pikes Peak. These town homes will have a Colorado-contemporary flair. Designed to meet the strenuous requirements for energy efficiency of Energy Star, reducing energy costs, while our green standards incorporated in these homes help preserve our natural resources and create a lower maintenance home and community. Our homes exceed the standards required by Pikes Peak Regional Building Department in our windows, doors, wall insulation, heating and air conditioning equipment. The exteriors are composed of stucco, fiber cement siding and metal for low maintenance.Our decking is made of composite material that lasts longer than wood without the upkeep. The walls have blown insulation which limits air movement and infiltration, and Low E windows for higher efficiency.
