Autumn Ridge Of Woodland Hills

Autumn Ridge is part of the master planned Woodland Hills community, comprised of over 200 custom single-family homes. Designed with the natural surroundings and terrain in mind, we have created a land plan that provides dedicated conservation areas, deep-water retention basins, and perimeter open space throughout the community. Most Autumn Ridge properties are adjacent to established old growth forests and lowland sedge meadows. Legacy Homes will also be establishing additional highland and lowland prairie restoration communities throughout the development.
