It was our belief we could build a higher quality home, at an affordable price, while meeting the needs and discriminating tastes of today's new homebuyer. After painstaking evaluation of the numerous building technologies available, we decided that insulated concrete construction (ICF) was the method of choice. Each and every one of our homes is carefully scrutinized for its design and practicality. With over seventy-five years of combined design and construction management experience, we constantly study the performance and livability of our homes, to ensure that the consumer has received the absolute best value on the market today. Our in-house design, engineering and marketing staff meticulously critiques each and every aspect of our plans, paying particularly close attention to energy efficiency, technical advancements, and structural integrity. The result of this continual value engineering exercise ensures that we achieve our goal of product superiority.
