In 2003, Tom Dillard launched his company as a small, family-owned and operated luxury, custom home builder. A Clemson University graduate with a degree in mechanical engineering, Tom brought his knowledge of construction, management, business leadership, and community involvement to the table. Inspired by a love for extraordinary beauty, defined by sophisticated style, and anchored with uncompromising quality and attention to detail, TomÆs desire was to distance the company from the status quo in the market. He refused to be defined as just another luxury builder.
