Northborough has a clubhouse, a pool, and a fitness center. It's close to shopping, restaurants, the Palladium, Triad Park, the Farmers Market, and I-40. Northborough is also only a short drive from Greensboro, Downtown High Point, Winston-Salem, and the rest of the Triad.

New single-family and townhome construction in the Southwest Middle and High School District. The single-family new houses are one and two floors tall, with a range of floor designs to pick from. Options include a main-level master suite, a bonus room, a loft, a sunroom, and a screened-in porch. New homes are well-appointed, with main-level 9-foot ceilings and exquisite moldings.

Their luxury townhouses will include crown moldings, 9ft ceilings on the first level, 1 and 2 car garages, and much more!
