Heritage Homes

Heritage Homes is a family owned business started in 1983. In 2013, we celebrated our 30th year in business. Over the years we have prided ourselves in delivering more value to homeowners. Our core business is presold homes built on a customerÆs lot. In 2003 Heritage Homes opened an office in Pensacola, Florida servicing the Florida Panhandle. To date, Heritage Homes has built more than 2,900 houses. 50% of those houses were built from customer referrals. In addition, Heritage Homes contracts with an independent surveying company that contacts every customer. Consistently, over 90% of our customers say the process was both Easier than Expected and that they would be willing to Write a letter of Recommendation. Our team is very proud of these results.
