We also inventory beautiful multi acre view lots for our customers to purchase and build on. Platinum homes, LLC designs and builds only 5 – 7 homes a year in the $1million+ range. Our volume is limited in order to provide each client our undivided attention during construction. We primarily build in South Metro Denver, Douglas County, Castle Rock, Parker, Sedalia, Elizabeth, Franktown and Monument Colorado. However, we can build a project anywhere on the Colorado front range area. Platinum Homes embraces state of the art building and energy saving construction technologies. However, we support only those technologies and building practices that can demonstrate a reasonable ROI and payback period for our clients. There are many “Green” claims and ideas in the industry which are nothing more than whitewash generalizations. Unfortunately “Green” is being overused in the building industry to a point where it has become almost meaningless. We are firm believers that “Green Building” should be attached to certain building performance benchmarks that will result in direct, tangible Owner benefits. At the very least, one of these benefits should be a home which creates a high degree of indoor air quality and comfort. Platinum Homes has chosen supplier / trade relationships with only the foremost industry expertise and specialists relative to renewable energy technologies – be it wind, solar or geothermal energy.
