The owner Ronnie Williams (shown right) has been very dedicated to improving the custom residential construction process, design layouts and functionality of the projects he work on. He knows the cookie cutter track built process doesn't always work when a customer needs specific custom features requiring design alterations. At HomeGems Inc., we utilize tools like a computer CAD 2D-3D Cad Program. Using CAD assistance on every new home plan encountered, enable us to transform blueprints into virtual reality by computer which give the customer a chance to view the simulated product in 3D, make those critical custom changes that accomplish their needs and quickly apply those final changes into the home design (code permitting) before construction begin. Having a greater ability to detect perceived flaws, oversights or defects in the original blueprint design, help us anticipate & solve design issues before the start date, save time and reassure the customer that we're listening and focused on their needs. We believe a customer friendly approach and simplifying the construction process for the customer is key to having a successful project completion.
