Troxel Custom Homes has been in operation in Holland Michigan for over 20 years. The business was started by Brian Troxel, a third generation home builder, and his wife Kris in the mid 90Æs after moving to the area from Florida. Brian quickly built a reputation for his consistent quality and attention to detail. In 2005 Drew DeMeester joined Troxel Custom Homes. Drew came with experience in business management, construction management, estimating, purchasing, and architectural design. In 2015, Brian and Drew began exploring the process of transitioning the business from being owned by Brian to being owned by Drew. That process resulted in the formal transition of the company ownership to Drew in 2017.
