The firm has roots in Massachusetts going back to 1992 where Jeff Thomas, the principal of Winsor Custom Homes established and operated Winsor Development Corporation. Still in existence, Winsor Development Corporation is engaged in the business of building luxury homes and developing real estate in the suburbs surrounding the city of Boston. While not part of a common corporate structure, the two companies are still very active in one anotherÆs ongoing business strategy.
