Jeff Rogers building career began in 1985 as Rogers Realty and Development. While building and selling small apartment projects the decision was made that custom home building fit more with his creative, hands on, approach to construction. In 1996, JeffÆs focus turned entirely on custom home construction, creating the development of Jeff Rogers Custom Homes, Inc. Over the past 27 years Jeff has built over 200 custom homes û from simple, budget conscious, first time buyer homes û to 11,000 square foot estates. In 2007, as the economy changed the direction of new home building, Jeff began to direct some of his attention to remodel and home additions.
