A Fort Lauderdale native, Rick Pfendler started his career in home construction following his Marine Corps duty in Vietnam. He began in construction as a laborer and quickly rose up the ranks. RickÆs resolute passion for perfection is evident throughout the entire home-building process, year after year. His honesty and integrity are deeply inbred and unyielding. He says what he means and never over sells or promises what he canÆt deliver. Rick Pfendler, an industry veteran with more than four decades of experience, has stood at the helm of National Custom Homes and operated the company on his own since its beginning. Today, Rick continues his leadership role alongside his son Scott, who joined him in business in 2002.
