J.R. Torres, President of New Vision Custom Homes, and his family have lived in the Bryan/College Station area for 27 years. He and his wife, Emma, have two married adult children that were raised in the community and attended the outstanding schools within the district. J.R. has been a member of the Greater Brazos Valley BuilderÆs Association for over 25 years. He formerly served on the Board of Directors for the Bryan/College Station Home BuilderÆs Association (HBA) as well as two different Home OwnerÆs Association (HOA) boards. He has also served on several Architectural Control Committees (ACC) for different subdivisions within the community. He is involved in several other organizations, including the Texas Association of Builders and the National Association of Builders. His involvement within the community has enabled him to become familiar with The Brazos Valley and allowed him to meet outstanding people and craftsmen within the construction industry.
