We chose the John Kraemer & Sons team as our builder because of three main factors 1) attention to the quality of the most minute of details 2) ability to understand and be candid yet creative within our budget constraints and 3) they are good humans. Let me rephrase: they are great humans.We were able to start our build process thousands of miles away as we were going through a cross-country move with a toddler and one on the way. The team was warm, available, organized and even-keeled; all descriptors that were very much appreciated and needed during the stress of a large-life transition.
