For your new home, a pleasant setting is essential. If you haven't already done so, we can assist you in finding the ideal place for your new home. Once a location has been found, we may use our experience and expertise to properly situate your home by taking advantage of the natural terrain, viewpoints, and sun direction. It's now time to put your plans into action. The first small scale plans will be altered until you approve them, following a collaborative revision process with our architect. Then, for your new home, we develop a small scale front elevation and detailed specifications (Specs) that detail the construction process, materials used, and allowances.
