Joshua Homes

Joshua Homes has been building quality homes for nearly 25 years. The company was founded in 1996 by Tim Stenberg. He recognized a void in the housing market and came up with the idea to build practical homes with a focus on unique characteristics and rock-solid quality. Nearly 25 years later, his values have not waivered, and he still adhears to the company's founding principles.

The goal of Joshua Homes is to provide the highest quality home at a reasonable price. In doing so, Joshua Homes hopes to introduce actual value into the local housing market. Joshua Homes currently builds custom homes in two primary markets. The company constructs residential homes in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and Clear Lake, Iowa. Joshua Homes has exclusive single-family and twin home lots within "Stenberg Neighborhoods" in both states.
