When you are ready to build, the experienced and knowledgeable team at Kickerillo will work with you every step of the way. In the planning phase, you will work with the company's in-house design team to discuss your needs, the size and style of your home, and your budget. We will help you put your vision on paper, and our trusted architects will draw up your plans. At Kickerillo, our experienced in-house estimator will create a detailed estimate, which includes labor and materials. Once everyone agrees on the scope of your project and pricing, we will go into contract, and you will meet with the builder. Depending on the home, construction time can range from six months to one year or more. At Kickerillo it is our goal to complete your new home in the least amount of time to meet your needs without sacrificing the quality.
