Lapos Construction is proud to be one of Lorain County’s highest quality builders for over 30 years. Their philosophy is that they strive to build prestigious custom homes with extensive attention to detail. The owners Mike and Colleen Lapos build between 12 to 15 homes per year averaging 3,000 sq. ft. and up. Their “work in process” list is small by choice, giving them the ability to personally oversee the progress of each client's home. They are veterans in the building industry, knowledgeable and informed in the wide range of home products and materials available today.

Lapos has the ability to deliver style – in products, techniques, and designs – combined with a skill to nurture client ideas. Home designs are typically a combination of the client’s needs and ideas with our input and an end result that pleases the client. The attentiveness to detail begins when a client first chooses to build with Lapos Construction. A projection of what the client wants in a home and the financials are defined. The company uses the right combination of talent, in-house employees, and highly skilled subcontractors to build the finest custom homes available.
