A gentle ranch road system meanders throughout the ranch making all areas of the 71 acres accessible by 2wd vehicle. Neighbors are of similar size, ranging from 70 acres to 145 acres. Fallow, Axis, Blackbuck, and quality Whitetail are currently found roaming Fallow Draw Ranch and the vegetation would support a larger heard of native and exotic species.
