The two-story Cooper plan features three bedrooms and two-and-one-half bathrooms. Enter through the front door to be greeted by flex space which opens to an open great room, eat-in, and kitchen. The great room offers an optional boxed ceiling, fireplace with or without surrounding built-ins, and access to an optional covered porch. The flex space can be utilized as a dining room or office. The two-car garage can be upgraded to a three-car and an organizational space or bench and cubby can be added to the garage entry. A powder room completes the first floor. A loft space, the primary suite, and two secondary bedrooms can all be found on the second floor. The primary suite has an optional boxed ceiling and various shower and tub combinations to meet your needs. The two secondary bedrooms, each with their own walk-in closets, share a full bathroom with optional dual sinks. The loft can be converted into a fourth bedroom, or an additional full bath can be added to the second floor. Additional options for the Cooper include an alternative first floor laundry location, sunroom and extended front porch.
