The Edisto is a two-story home with four bedrooms and two-and-one-half baths. The entryway opens to the large great room that leads to the kitchen and eat-in dining area. Off the eat-in area, you will find a powder bathroom and a garage entrance that leads to a flex room. The flex space has the option to become a guest bedroom with a walk-in closet and bathroom. The garage entry can be converted into a butler’s pantry, bench and cubby, or organizational space with a built-in desk. The second floor features a loft and three secondary bedrooms that share one hall bathroom. The primary suite, also upstairs, features a large walk-in closet and a primary bath with an optional dual vanity. There are the options of adding a sitting room and/or boxed ceiling in the primary suite, as well a choice of tub/shower variations. Additional options include a fireplace in the great room, a pet pad, a covered porch, a sunroom, a third car garage, and an extended front porch.
