This two-story home includes three bedrooms and two-and-one-half bathrooms. Immediately inside the entrance is a flex space that can be made an office with French doors or a formal dining room with a coffered ceiling. As you pass the downstairs powder room, you are met by an open concept kitchen, eat-in, and great room with an optional fireplace. At the rear entry, you have the option of adding a bench and cubby, cabinet storage, or a workspace. Additional options include a butler’s pantry or workspace at the main entry passthrough. Upstairs, the primary suite features a walk-in closet and optional boxed ceiling, porch access, and dual vanities. Two secondary bedrooms, a loft, and a full bathroom are also located upstairs. A laundry room with an optional sink and cabinet space is located just outside of the secondary bedrooms for ultimate convenience. There are optional first- and second-story porches in various sizes as well as a one- or two-car garage. An alternative first floor plan is available which converts this flex space into a guest bedroom with a full bathroom in lieu of a powder room. This alternative floor plan also allows for an optional kitchen island and a pet pad underneath the stairs.
