Walk into this home’s grand 2-story foyer and you’ll be greeted by the formal dining room. Follow the hall into the great room, complete with a vaulted ceiling and fireplace. The kitchen has a walk-in pantry and tons of cabinet storage. The grand island has cabinets on both sides and plenty of room to make this the informal family eating area. The main level also hosts the private primary suite. It comes with a tray ceiling. The primary bath has a 2-sink vanity, water closet, separate soaking tub, and walk-in shower. Alternatively, it can be built with a large walk-in tile shower and a freestanding soaking tub, by choosing the Spa bath option. The walk-in closet has tons of room as well. Finishing out the main level are the half bath and laundry room. The Laundry has the option to add a sink and add built-in cubbies in the hallway. Upstairs you will find bedrooms two and 3 sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom. The fourth bedroom has its own bathroom and is adjacent to the loft. There is an option to convert the fourth bedroom, bathroom, and loft into a second primary suite. The hallway overlooks the 2-story great room unless you elect to add the optional media room. The second walk-in closet for bedroom 3 can be replaced with the optional second laundry.
