The stately Remington offers enough living space for a large gathering of family and friends! The 400+ square foot great room features a gas fireplace flanked by optional bookshelves and two windows overlooking the covered porch. The family chef is never out of touch with the rest of the family while in the kitchen because of the granite (or quartz) topped island that overlooks the great room and the breakfast room. Speaking of cooking, all Grant homes feature quality Whirlpool appliances including stainless steel ovens, microwave and dishwashers. Need even more space in this family area? The Remington offers an optional sunroom and extended covered porch to get the most out of the nice weather we enjoy in the Mid-South.
