This Roanoke plan features four bedrooms and two-and-one-half baths. Upon entering the first floor, you see a flex space, which has the option of becoming an office or guest suite. The rest of the first floor is an open floor plan, with the kitchen overlooking the large great room and the formal dining room. The kitchen features a large center island and a spacious walk-in pantry. Upstairs, you find the primary suite, which has two walk-in closets, the option of a boxed ceiling, and options to customize the bathroom. Three additional secondary bedrooms, a laundry room, a hall bathroom, and a loft complete the upstairs. There is an option of adding a full bathroom to one of the secondary bedrooms upstairs. The optional third floor can be used as a bonus room with a half bathroom or another guest suite with a walk-in closet and private bathroom. Additional options for this floorplan include a third car garage, a reading nook, a pet pad, a butler’s pantry, a covered back porch, and a fireplace in the great room.
