Sarasota Reverse Plan Info

The sarasota reverse is very similar to our oh-so-popular laurel reverse plans! the main level is nearly the same but we designed a u-shaped staircase that leads you down to the finished lower level. As in the laurel plans you'll find a large family room wet bar and 1/2 bath for your guests. The 2 spacious bedrooms each have walk-in closets and share the jack-and-jill bath. Plenty of unfinished storage area left for your holiday decor a workshop or exercise area!.
