Welcome to the Burke, a new home floor plan at Chateau Nemours in Port Saint Joe, Florida. The Burke is one of six floor plans we are building at Chateau Nemours. The Burke is a cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home complete with a 2-car garage and designed with affordability in mind. As you drive up to this home, you will notice the spacious two car garage, the covered front porch and stylish Hardie board siding all around the home. On the rear of the home, you will see the covered rear patio, the perfect size for a small chair or two to enjoy your morning coffee. Entering the home, you will notice the beautiful EVP flooring as you look down the hallway into the main areas. The laundry room is located close to the front door as well as the garage entrance. Entering the main area, you will see the spacious open living room, kitchen, and dining room and the hallway leading to the bathroom and bedrooms. The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, white cabinets, and stainless-steel appliances. There is a center island that is perfect for serving guests or children and extra storage underneath. The bedrooms have carpet flooring and spacious closets with windows that let plenty of sunlight in.
