The Kemah is a two story home with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a study and a game room, offering 2,768 square feet of living space. As you enter the foyer of the home, you will pass a spacious study before entering the open-concept dining room, kitchen and family room. The kitchen has a large island that overlooks the family room, and features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a walk-in pantry, and decorative tile backsplash. The large family room has tons of natural lighting and looks out to the large covered patio (per plan). A secondary bedroom and full bathroom are located at the back of the home.
