The Packwood Plan

The Cross Creek Bend has 4 different floor plans: The Packwood; The Kings; The Mill; The Tule. Both Packwood and Tule have 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. While Kings and Mill have 3 beds and 2 baths.

In all floor plans, the models have title countertops with 6 inch backsplash in the kitchen. Tile countertops with 4 inch backsplash are standard in bathrooms and laundry rooms. Flooring is vinyl plank, which is standard in all wet areas. All showers and tubs will be a complete Fiberglass insert, while tubs will be an insert with a 6 inch tile surround. Chrome is standard for plumbing fixtures, as well as chrome pull-down kitchen faucet and stainless steel kitchen sink top mount fixture. While top mount sinks in bathrooms are standard too. Shower doors are chrome, and knobs are standard. For light fixtures, brushed nickel is standard with one ceiling fan included. Appliances is white throughout the home as standard. Baseboards are 3 ½ inch baseboards included, while cabinet doors in the kitchen are brandy stain. More info about Cross Creek Bend
