Crystal understood exactly what we were looking for and got us into a house that was and will be perfect for us for a long time. Nolan kept a great timeline and great quality build even with all of the challenges of doing construction during a pandemic. We always knew exactly where we stood in the construction process and how much time was left. Their customer care team has been phenomenal in dealing with a couple minor issues that came up as we’ve lived here (nothing major). I could not recommend working with them enough!

My husband and I love our home so much. We loved selecting everything that we wanted included in our home, the floorplan, and community. We truly could not be happier.

We looked at quite a few used homes and other builders before going with Allen Edwin. The main reasons we ultimately decided on them was the energy efficiency, price, location and workmanship. No other comparable used home or builder could offer their home for the price we received. The process was extremely easy. I’d never built or even considered building, but Allen Edwin had a process that makes it easy for everyone. I couldn’t be happier with our home and the experience of building with Allen Edwin Homes.

My wife and I bought our first house this past March and we were lucky enough to get an Allen Edwin Home! We did not get to design it ourselves but that’s okay because it basically had everything we wanted and needed. The workmanship is above average for a builder as large as Allen Edwin. We have heard horror stories of other big builders but Allen Edwin is in another realm above them. There are even many upgrades to our home above what is typical for builder grade. The price was fair considering the worst market ever for home buying. I would highly recommend working with Allen Edwin if you are considering it!! ... More

You’re building a house next door and the grade there is all sloped to my low grade. All the water runs my way.

House is great. They are on top of any issues that come up and are very upfront about the whole process

This was the first time I had ever worked in this capacity to purchase a home. I was a bit nervous that it would be painful, expensive, and lengthy. While at times it felt like progress was slow, there were things happening behind the scenes and our overall experience was positive. Everyone we worked with was kind and helpful and we really enjoy our home. We appreciate the one-year warranty because already 4 months in, we have found a few minor issues, and it's nice that they are taken care of! We had wonderful experience buying our first house, it was quick.

Overall we have been very happy with the experience. Would do it again but not right away. All the people that we worked with in the process seemed to really care. Ryan, Mara, Crystal and all the professionals sent to the house as we built were very nice to work with.

The buying process and responsiveness has been fantastic.

Everyone was helpful I would prefer better than builders grade materials
