The representatives we encountered during our home buying process made us feel.like this is our home and this is where we should be. Our warranty representative Angel made us feel secure in our decision to purchase a home at Beazer and that we are taken care of of anything we're to happen in our new build. We feel at home in the Beazer community and we are trying to get family and friends to move here or buy Beazer homes.

I had a very rough experience during the purchase of my home, however my experience changed once I started dealing directly with my home warranty representative. Angel is amazing, he not only goes above and beyond to make sure the homeowners issues are taken care of but he also ensures he’s always reachable and available for any questions or concerns. Angel, in my opinion, has helped redeem the company’s reputation through his professionalism, reliability, and positive interactions.
