Very poor experience on new home customer service .

We had an amazing experience buying our home with Beazer. From beginning to end, and even after, everyone has been so helpful and wonderful. Betsy was so helpful when we picked out our home; she provided so much information and was available for every call and text we had. Each appointment with Dave was wonderful; he explained each step of the home-building process and answered all our questions. Lastly, Vito has been incredible with every question or concern we have had about the house. After we got the keys, we had a few items with the house, and he made sure they were all taken care of right away. We had such a great experience with Jake from Beazer Homes. He truly did everything he could for us throughout the entire process. Even when there were delays, he was always apologetic, communicative, and did his best to keep everything updated and moving forward. Any issue that came up, Jake worked to get it fixed as quickly as possible. He was responsive, helpful, and genuinely made us feel like he cared about making sure we were happy with our home. He is honestly the main reason I wanted to leave this review because he made such a big difference in our experience. We also really enjoyed being able to personalize our home and make it feel like ours from the beginning. This home is lovely and it would have been great without all the creepy little bugs we keep finding indoors. On our first night, we found at least 15 creepy little red bugs crawling out of the lights!! The lights! There's probably something wrong with the entry points on this place. I found bugs on my window that came from outside. I know this because I saw them on the other side of the window. Somehow they they're getting inside the house from outside. A literal bug infested nightmare. Not quite sure what to do with this.

Disappointed in the builder's workmanship, e.g., soft close cabinets but not the drawers in a new build, multiple issues identified and untimely response to issues. Not a pleasant experience.

Was quick to answer any questions I had and kept me informed on what the next steps would be to move forward.

I am extremely happy with my new home and experience with the builder. From the initial purchase through move-in, the team was professional, responsive, and attentive to questions and concerns. I am very pleased with the quality, craftsmanship, design, and value of my home. I would gladly recommend this builder to anyone considering a new home.

The team was diligent throughout the whole process. There was no time where I did not feel Dylan was not on top of the project. He knew what was wrong before I came to him and had it fixed in a timely manner. Brad did a great job selling your product, he had the key selling features down cold and used them as the proper incentives to get us to close. I would recommend the team members I worked with highly.

We were one of the first few homes to be built by Beazer in this community. The construction manager and other members of the team kept us updated throughout the process and made sure we were happy, especially at the time of closing on the home.

The whole process went very smoothly. The team was very friendly and always answered my questions and helped me every step of the way. We're very happy with our home and the quality of the work. We would definitely recommend this builder.

We were well taken care of throughout the entire process. Our construction manager, Grant *****, exhibited excellent technical and interpersonal skills throughout the building of our home. He went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with the attic space as well as the rest of the house. He was prompt and professional in everything that he did. Dennis ***** provided us with excellent customer service and is still taking care of us. His advice is always on the mark and we appreciate his timely intervention with any issues.

Beazer and specifically Mr. Shawn have been amazing to us through the entire process, from answering our millons of questions to addressing any concerns we have. They are there throughout the entire process, including the warranty period after the closing date, the ensure we are happy and comfortable with our purchase. 5 stars every day, would always recommend!

Great customer service from sales, construction, to closing

Easy build process. Jake did a great job at communicating with us along the way. Any issues we had with the home, we received a quick response and had it fixed in a timely manner. 10/10

My experience with Beazer was great. Everyone that assisted my family and me were great. My house is amazing and I couldn’t be happier. Mark *****was our construction manager and he was still is amazing. He’s patient, responsive, and honest. He helped us understand the ends and outs of maintaining our first home. When there was an issue, he answered every call. Without him, our first few months would have been a challenge. Having someone who is knowledgeable and willing to help was a benefit that we didn’t even anticipate. I hope every home that we purchase in the future is a Beazer home and I’ll take Mark too lol.
