We love our new home. Daylan and Eric were fantastic to work with.

We choose Beazer for the structural build quality and everything there was looking good. However when the build came down to the more detail oriented work, it was laking in my opinion. We was told through the process that three contractors are held to a higher standard and while that may have been true in some cases I do not feel it was the case across the board. There were many issues brought up during the build and when we were told they were complete, some were addressed and some were not and it took multiple times to get some things corrected and even then not all things were corrected before closing, we had kinda given up on some fix requests. However, when we started working with Irving, our expectations realligned with our original promises. The things that should have been corrected before taking ownership are now getting fixed. I don't mean to give all the credit to Irving as I am sure there is a team behind him, but he is the one staying on top of things making sure things are corrected properly to our expectations. While I was glad we chose Beazer for the sound structural and insulating steps taken I'm now happy with the overall product. Jaron and Melissa made the entire process transparent and enjoyable. From the moment we had our first showing of the model home, through the construction, till the closing, communication was on point. Jaron was prompt with answering all questions and was proactive with updates every Monday. We knew every week what was going to happen with the construction. We were heading to Lebanon to look at homes and we see an open house sign for Windtree, so we decided to stop. We initially were looking at townhouses and Shea showed us the townhouses we were interested in and told us all about the development amenities. We liked the location and style of Beazer homes. Things didn’t work out with any of the townhouses but, Shea told us about homes that were available especially one with a great location and she took the time to send us several videos of the house and we ended up closing on it a couple months later.

We had a great experience building our condo The process was smooth overall, and the team was responsive and professional. A special thank you to Henry, the contractor, who went above and beyond throughout the process. He was knowledgeable, attentive to details, and always willing to answer questions and address concerns quickly. His communication and commitment to quality really made the experience positive for us. We truly appreciate his hard work and dedication to making sure everything was done right.

Our Beazer new home purchase experience was effortless and stress free thanks to the professional service provided by the sales representative Chrissy as well as the building superintendent Hunter and the warranty representative Andy. They have been both responsive and easy to work with throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend a Beazer Home.

Overall, my wife and I had a good experience, and were able to visit the site of our new build from start (concrete slab and frame) to finish. All questions were answered in a timely manner via email, both before we moved in, and once we were in. There's a 45-day window once you're in your new home, to address and inform the site construction/new home manager of any touch-ups, slight adjustments and repairs, etc., that may be needed in the home. Jaron, our construction manager, did a phenomenal addressing our final requests for adjustments. Thus far, we are happy with our new build.

Everything was phenomenal. In other new communities we felt like just a number. But not with Jill. Even when we found little small things that needed to be done I’ve seen Chase around and I mention them to him and it’s been taken care of or in the process of being taken care of. No complaints.

Keith and Kaylee were amazing throughout the process, and have zero complaints.

We had a great experience building our home. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. Trey, Joe, and Cindy were all wonderful to work with and truly made everything easy for us. They were professional, responsive, and always kept us in the loop at every stage of the build. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed quickly, and we always felt informed and supported throughout the process. Building a home can be stressful, but they made it feel organized and manageable. We’re very happy with our new home and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to build.

Jake was very professional and knowledgeable when it came to all the concerns of my home and even still assisted after the move in with questions.

I couldn’t ask for a better home buying experience from the Beazer Homes team!

I will preface this by saying this is my 3rd new build in 5 years. From the moment we stepped in the model home is was so much better than my last two new builds. The buying process was seamless but what really made this experience standout was our builder Robert. He was thorough with explaining everything to us and concerns we had was addressed quickly and correctly. He treated us with respect and honestly felt like a family member. I would recommend working with Beazer and Robert to everyone. Great Job!

Less defect compared with other builders. Chris did a good job to build this house. He is very well on the communication and response quickly after the house done for some small fix. The house looks warm and beautiful

We purchased the house in June and moved in early December. Since we were out of state, we relied on the expertise of the Beazer construction team to build us a beautiful home, and they certainly did! We have excellent build quality and great relations with Cynthia, the construction team manager. Mike has been awesome with customer care. We look forward to using the new pool, gym and clubhouse this summer.

The experience working with Phil (Sales), Josh (Construction), and Ashley (Warranty) was stress-free and enjoyable.
