From the first time we walked in to the door until long after we moved in, the people at Beazer were so easy to deal with. From our Salesperson (MM) to our foreman (A) to our customer care person (*****), we have developed a relationship with them where we felt they cared not only about building a home, but about us. When we had questions, they were quick to respond and gave us honest opinions on information that we sought. We feel the build quality of this home is beyond anything we've had before. This is our 7th new home and by far the most energy efficient, open and comfortable. Our concerns were addressed immediately when things came up and the tradesmen working for ***** were ALL polite and respectful not only to us, but to people we had with us at the time. The high ranking of purchasing the home primarily came from working with Gary and Corbin, who were well informed not only about the product but the process. They were tirelessly to answer my questions and also improve dialogue by giving me information about a beyond my questions. Both of them are extremely helpful from purchasing the house to closing to the final walk-through. There's a lot of information that I have to retain and they were helpful and answering questions even after the experience of closing. The product is already a great product. Overall, there were many positive aspects of my homebuying experience, particularly working with Josh *****. Josh was consistently professional, responsive, kind, and helpful throughout the process, and he was one of the highlights of my experience with Beazer. The process did feel unnecessarily rushed toward the end as we approached closing, although I do not attribute that to Josh. My primary disappointment has been with the quality of the completed home. Since moving in, I have encountered numerous issues involving the build quality, fit, and finish, and I have had countless tradespeople return to address deficiencies. Unfortunately, the number and variety of issues have left me with the impression that shortcuts were taken during construction and quality control. I appreciate the efforts that have been made to address these concerns after closing, but I wish greater attention to workmanship and detail had been given before the home was delivered. ... More

Chas ***** has been out two time and is unable to tell me why the unit runs for over hour when its above 110F outside. Not only did they do nothing to fix it they took parts off the unit and was unable to put all the screws back. After doing more research I am on the hook to get the leaking evaporator replaced as the warranty only covers the parts. We have only lived in our new house 5 months and the A/C failed the first summer. Bought the house at the end of winter and the A/C did not make it to fall, that is just sad.

During this entire process, my wife and I have been very happy with how everything has gone. Our initial sales conversations with Shea and our realtor were extremely informative and helpful in our decision making process to proceed with the Beazer Windtree team. Shea was extremely helpful in providing additional resources that allowed us to prepare for our structural upgrade requests and our design center selections. Aneta was also extremely helpful and accommodating during the pre construction process, pre drywall walk through, blue tape walk through, final walk through and even post closing assistance. We have had a very positive experience thus far with Beazer. Our home care coordinator Phil has been particularly supportive in making some minor adjustments and corrections. Our only concern right now is the status of the property pond- heavy algae that needs to be removed

There were too many things to be fixed or taken care of.

Jyoti and Shannon were a huge influence on our rating. They were absolutely amazing, accommodating, and always willing to go above and beyond to help us throughout the process. Their kindness, patience, and responsiveness made our home-buying experience so much easier and more enjoyable.
