We enjoyed the Beazer experience. Working with Brent was great. Brent went above and beyond to make sure what we wanted in a home was delivered and continues to provide outstanding communications and service, even after we moved in. The homebuying experience has been very positive , and there are some great opportunities to be found currently at Estates at Lake Jesup.

We were skeptical at first, buying a home in this market but after a long and dedicated search we decided on a home in Somerset and Beazer took over...Everything was done with care and concern for our requests and needs. From sales to service after the sale it has been amazing. Would never reccommend another builder ever.

We were not looking for a new community. But were intrigued with the solar panels, mixed community of 55+, single family homes and townhome style homes. I wish we knew more about the overall community. That wasn't very clear. I see townhomes going up - is that Beazer too? How do we prevent too many people in our area? It's a new community. Everyone was welcoming. Shout out to the sales team, Heidi was helpful, David is great and Denis is very helpful. We appreciate how clean the community is during construction and it's a very well-run construction community.

Purchase agreement to keys in 13 days! Tiffany (New Home Counselor) was awesome and made the homebuying experience smooth, fast, pleasant and fun. The Beazer preferred lenders were also quick fast and easy to work with. Title jumped in and all went seamlessly. Tony (Maintenance/Warranty/Walk-Thru) made sure everything was in working order and up to expectations before keys. After keys Tony is always available for questions/help and responds back very quickly! Great post sale experience!

I had an outstanding experience building our home with Beazer. From the initial sales process through construction and closing, the communication was excellent and the entire team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. One of the biggest reasons we chose Beazer was the spray foam insulation, and it has exceeded our expectations. The energy efficiency and comfort of the home have been fantastic. We also had a great experience at the Design Center. The team was knowledgeable, patient, and helped us make selections that fit both our style and budget. I would especially like to recognize Amanda, Josh, Will, and Leslie for their exceptional support throughout the process. Each of them played an important role in making what can often be a stressful experience feel organized, transparent, and enjoyable. Their communication, professionalism, and willingness to answer questions gave me a great deal of confidence every step of the way. This home was a particularly important purchase for me because it was the first home I have purchased as a single dad. That made the decision even more meaningful, and I wanted to work with a builder I could trust. Beazer exceeded my expectations. We are very happy with our new home and would like to recognize the outstanding efforts of Matt, our construction manager. Building a home is a major undertaking, and Matt played a significant role in making the experience a positive one. One of the things we have been most pleased with is the quality of the home itself. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and overall build quality have met our expectations, and it is clear that care was taken throughout the construction process. We have also been extremely impressed with the home’s energy efficiency. Despite having an almost 3,000-square-foot home in Texas, our monthly electricity bills have ranged from only about $80 to $140, which has exceeded our expectations. Matt was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in delivering a quality home and a positive customer experience. He consistently communicated clearly, addressed concerns promptly, and followed through on commitments. His attention to detail and customer-focused approach gave us confidence throughout the construction process. Like any home build, there were a few minor hiccups early on related to communication and option selections, but once those concerns were escalated, Chris and Matt ensured they were resolved quickly and professionally. From that point forward, it was smooth sailing. We would also like to recognize Nadia, who stepped in after our original sales counselor left the company. Even though this was not her sale, she was incredibly helpful, responsive, and willing to assist whenever needed. Her professionalism and willingness to help did not go unnoticed. Overall we had a good experience with Beazer homes. Our sales rep Shelly, and construction manager Brent were great. Brent provided weekly updates, he was very on top of things and helped us with anything. We did not have a good experience with the title company that beazer uses and we did not have a good experience with the choice lender that we had to use.

Working with Beazer Homes was one of the best experiences of my life. The level of care, professionalism, and communication throughout the entire process made everything smooth and stress-free. From start to finish, the team made us feel valued and supported, and the final walkthrough and closing experience exceeded our expectations.

Tiffany was amazing from day one all the way through the buying experience. She kept us informed and updated through the whole timeline. Even after the final walkthrough, David was helpful with getting things fixed that no one caught - no matter how little the item.

Both Kieran and Abraham were much of help. They made the process so easy and answered every question and were quick to respond to any items that need to be address. They followed through and always called after to make sure the issue was resolved.

Everyone was very accommodating and addressed my concerns in a timely manner. Glad I moved in. I also enjoy my neighbors.

Overall, everything that was promised, it was delivered. Just a few details that could be seen prior to the last inspection. The guy responsible for the walk-through talked too much, instead of looking into the details with us. Baezer has been very diligent in fixing small things that we request
