Purchasing a home through Beazer has been a pleasure! Working with Robert and Travis between getting the contract complete and the construction complete has been smooth. We are very happy with the quality of the home, particularly with the insulation and how they build these homes. The staff is great to work with and we are loving our new home. We would definitely recommend purchasing a home through Beazer and would buy again!

Khris and Matt are great!!! Khris stayed in touch throughout the process and addressed any questions we had. Matt was extremely thorough and took care of every little detail and got our home done ahead of schedule.

We were super nervous to go with your typical spec home builders due to the many stories you tend to hear about them relating to poorly built homes, bad customer service, the list goes on. However, this cannot be said about Beazer. We have been impressed with Beazer from start to finish. We got to pick a ton of finishes/hardware/colors/etc. which definitely made things feel much more customized in our new home. Additionally, the team at Beazer was super communicative and responsive to any questions or concerns along the way on both the sales side and the builder side. Brice as a builder has been fantastic. We expected that once done, we would never hear from anyone again but the team is always checking in to make sure things are going well and answer any remaining questions we may have. From the moment, I started working with the sales people and I had two sales people during my contract. They were very helpful. Very informative. Answered all of my questions. Easy to talk to. The construction managers, also, I had two during my contract were outstanding. I had a great time working with the design center as well. They were a great help in making my decisions on everything that went into the house. Kudos to the entire team. I had a great experience during this process. I had a hard time getting my home to sell, and Beazer held this home for me. I have to give a special thank you to Hunter, my construction manager. First time home buyers and were very anxious about buying our first home. Instantly greeted when walking into the office. Both Shannon and Jyoti were professional and courteous. They quickly figured out what we liked and disliked. During the process of buying they kept in touch always keeping us updated on the status of documents along with the status of the house progress. Needless to say I will being staying in touch with these two so that I can contact them for our next home.

We had an excellent experience building our first home with Beazer! Not only were we new to the building process but we are first time homeowners so we had A LOT of questions. Josh was an absolute pleasure from day one! He walked us through every step and was always available for anything we could possibly need! Even after we closed, he continued to check on us regularly to make sure everything was exactly as it should be. We relocated from Arizona to Atlanta and the Beazer team made it so simple!

Taylor and Angela were great. I had a house to sell and they checked on me regularly. They answered every call and every text and assisted in any way they could. They also made sure I got the best deal possible. Very happy with my experience.

Our experience buying our Beazer Home has been wonderful! From our salesperson Julien to our Project Manager, Jeff and Carlis they have been nothing short of fantastic! We’ve purchased homes with other builders before but these guys go above and beyond for their clients. We cannot recommend them enough. The communication about our home, everyone checking in and making sure we are settling in just goes to show how much they truly care.

We had an amazing experience purchasing our home with beazer at poppy meadows - primrose. Sales team members: Jyoti and Shannon were extremely knowledgeable and very supportive during the process. We didn’t feel any pressure during the home buying process. They carefully walked us through the home buying process and promptly provided us with answers. We have purchased new homes in the past, this was by far the best sales experience we have had.

From start till time of possession and even today happy with the decision and the Beazer team , secured a well constructed futuristic house that meets and exceeds our expectations . Word cannot do justice from the quality in regards to construction and towards the transaction process involved towards securing a house all very modern and at same time simplified for easy understanding for such a person as me being a first home owner .
