Our experience was amazing with our purchase of a home with Beazer. Every week that we came to see the house there was something done. Building wasn't stalled at anytime. Customer Service is the main factor that we choose them. No matter who we contacted we were able to reach someone and everything was addressed.

My experience with purchasing a new home was good until I moved in. Within the first week of moving in I found several minor issues and after making your staff aware of them it’s been well over a month, going on two and the minor issues are still fixed. I would appreciate it if those issues would get fixed in a timely manner....thank you!

The whole experience was fantastic. Of course waiting for the house is the worst part. But I have to say, Beazer delivered and our house was overall on schedule. The whole process was amazing with Beazer from our wonderful sales lady Janine Whipple to the builder Gabe Beltran. These two really put as at ease and always made us feel Beazer was the right choice. The house is amazing, the upgrades we picked were so worth it. Our advise to new buyers is to not skimp on floor or cabinets and countertops. Those upgrades were so worth it and most people either never update or it ends up costing them even more because of removal costs. We had looked at and loved Beazer homes for years. I had a really pleasant experience, so far, with Beazer. The sales person that we worked with was great. She always gave us updates on our home build, and promptly answered any questions we had. The home was done in the time that we were given from the beginning. Now that we're in the house, everything has been great, no major issues. Had a broken tile, but they had someone come out and fix it. Overall, I would definitely recommend Beazer to anyone looking.

I would like to mention what an outstanding experience I received. Clearly, there are many challenges during these unprecedented times. Trade availability and Covid disruptions have made building homes quite a challenge. The Beazer team remained in communication through all of their challenges. When building a home you will have items that require correction and the Beazer staff stayed on top of them!! Way to persevere Beazer Team! I recommend this builder to anyone looking for a new home!!

Its been a great experience so far love the house so far.

No builder is perfect but Beazer did a great job on our home and were satisfied.

The experience of purchasing the home was fine; the number of issues that I’ve run into since moving in…. not so much. In short, just no attention to detail and poor craftsmanship in general. I recognize that this is more of a reflection of the subcontractors that they use but having been in my home for about 6 weeks I actually regret my purchase.

If you’re moving to AZ and have never lived there, please know you will need features like a water softener system, reverse osmosis, lights in all bedrooms, and a design center agent who emphasizes these things. The bugs and birds are a nuisance! The builder could have included some upgrades as standard, like lights in all bedrooms and painted exterior concrete walls. Overall though, the home buying experience was good but could have been better.

D has been great to work with. He always tries to help with my requests, if he is able. He is quick to respond and always willing to help where and when he can. I really appreciate all of his hard work.

We closed after waiting 17mo due to supply chain delays. In the end there were a few things not completed and we were concerned closing without them finished. However Beazer followed thru and quickly had them done and followed up on our satisfaction. I heard nightmare stories from other builders with home buyers waiting a year later. In our case it was all completed within a few weeks of closing. Very pleased with the customer service.

The build time was long…way longer than expected. However, my salesperson (William) and superintendent (Mike) were always very responsive and kept me in the loop along the way. I worked with a total of three superintendents throughout my build and Mike was by far the most communicative and helpful and I appreciated him going above and beyond yo finally get things pushed through for me in the end. I have had a few things come up after moving in and the warranty department has been easy to deal with but scheduling with the trades that actually complete the work has been hit or miss at times. I would definitely recommend beazer to anyone that wants to buy a home. Great and smooth process and amazing people.

Our homebuying experience was good overall. Obviously nothing can be done about supply issues but the communication was great and we were kept in the loop the entire time. When it comes to closing, that is an area that could have been better as far as expectations go as well as promises kept.

Besides delays on things to be completed, we had a good experience with Beazer homes. Excellent customer service and thorough explanation of the process.

Amber was great! The team stayed in communication despite unavoidable delays and went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my home upon completion. Crew was friendly and welcoming every time I interacted with them. Would definitely recommend Beazer to others seeking to build!

Customer service is good, followups for warranty is good

I can’t believe that they installed the wrong door knobs and at the close of escrow forgot to reorder the correct ones ( lever in oil bronze ) and now say it won’t be until end of January
