I bought my Beazer home in September of this year and along the way I had incredible customer support. Stella the sales agent was friendly, informative, and proactive. Josef and John who were in charge of construction allowed me and took in my questions and concerns while addressing them promptly. They are knowledgeable and friendly and felt like they were on my team during the construction of the house. I am 2 months moved in and love my house. I have had no issues with my house and love my first home. I also know if I have any questions Beazer's customer service along with John and Josef would help resolve a reasonable problem. The home buying experience was fine. No problems. However the solar experience sucks!!!!!! Purchased a system and you would think a representative would be available to help with activating the system. 3 months after closing of escrow and we are no closer to activating the system. No directions and little to no help from Tesla. A wasted $11k as it stands right now.... Low voltage vender at least came by and talked us through the set up of the system but we had many questions prior to that system being activated and there were issues that remain which we don’t understand which raises doubt our system is being utilized to its potential. . It’s nice to have these systems available but without there being someone available to ensure these systems are activated or employed to there potential is a huge detractor to the experience. Not happy with these issues. So overall the floor plan is nice, the sales staff excellent, the vendors suck! ... More

Our Beazer representative failed to provide details that would have made us change the floor plan. Now I have an office with no door, whereas the pantry has a door. There were ants from day one requiring me to seal edges. We decided to remodel the master bath to find black mold one month into living in the new home. I continue to find details that were not completed properly. While all of this is upsetting, I do love my home. ... More

SonI bought my first house and it was total chaos. There was nothing but problem after problem. The incompetence is shocking considering what a large purchase this is. Never would I recommend a Beazer home.
Lack of communication on behalf of the sales team an sloppy paint fit an finish.
