Salesman Kent is very low key, but very knowledgeable. When we did make a choice, and I needed some window measurements, he personally went to the house, measured and took pictures. He answered phone calls and texts immediately. After the Sale service has been excellent. Beazer home Warranty customer care has been terrific. John calls back within 24 hours of my call. From the beginning of the process it was extremely ridiculous. Kathy at the sales office continually provided false and misleading information. She would only tell half of something and when what actually occurred differed from what she stated, she would simply say, “well it was in the papers you signed.” As an example. She initially asked if I wanted to pay to upgrade to “Solid Surface Shower Surrounds” instead of small tiles with grout. I thought this would be a good idea. When we opened escrow in Sept 2022 on a new build Beazer home in Talavera we were disappointed at first with the quality of service and lack of communication. But I have to say when we informed Beazer of our issues they handled it immediately and everything turned around 360* for the better. My wife and I expected more from Beazer for $1 million home. We were very disappointed to find overspray on the countertops, inside the cabinet drawers, a room was not even painted or drywall properly, Flashing on the roof with a hole in it, etc. to name a few things that were/are wrong. Thank goodness for Todd and John who worked tirelessly to get things fixed for us. The good news is that Beazer responds very quickly to our concerns.

My home was built within the six months promised, the sale went smoothly and the sales rep Brian was very helpful and prompt to respond when I had questions. However, Beazer’s contractors are somewhat slow to get small repairs done that were not caught during walk-through. I have several that are still pending.
