From the beginning, Cathy was very welcoming and was well informed on the process. Any questions I had she answered and if she didn't know she always try to find out. Todd the assistant builder was great, he kept in touch with the progress of the house and I was not left wondering what was going on. I am a little disappointed on the time it is taking to process my repair, I have squeaky floors and have submitted a claim, to date no progress on that.. I am been told that they will get to me after COVID, what if that takes 2years, will I need to live with squeaky floors for 2 years. I lowered the stars to a 4 based on that. ... More

Home construction was superb and includes extensive environmental and energy saving concepts. Support of the sales and construction managers made the entire process easy. A couple things off in the home, but not so much a big deal. Overall very satisfied with the purchase of our new home. Glad we did this. Thanks!

I received $5000 in closing costs paid by the builder! Beazer Homes new construction homes is one of which I ended up choosing. The front office staff were great to work with, very informative and answered all the questions I had prior to purchasing. Overall I had a great experience buying my first home. The process went smoothly! I am very happy with my new home!

We have had a great experience so far. Nichole was wonderful about showing us the homes. We came back a million times and she was always supportive and never pushy. We couldn’t be happier with our decision. The home has been wonderful. Beazer has been responsive in fixing any minor issues that have needed attention since moving in.

5- the experience has been great. We do have some pending items that need to be addressed but we understand the circumstances due to Covid-19

I am a person who takes great pride in the work I do; especially when it is for other people. I feel that Beazer Homes and it’s employees employ this same ethic. Since we moved in, the staff has been in full communication with my wife and I to assure ultimate satisfaction and comfort. We love our new home and the community within Floresta! I want to thank Grant and Craig for continuous check-ins and speedy replies.

Closed escrow at the end of Jan 2020 and have have 50 customer service issues tickets open. Crooked walls, poor drywall, broken furnace, damaged cabinets, things built out of plan/out of spec. cracked concrete, deformed toilets, yard flooding, the list goes on and on goes on, Extremely poor craftsmanship. I’m embarrassed I bought a Beazer home. My last home was a new build by Lennar and we had ZERO issues. STAY AWAY FROM BEAZER

We have been moved into our new home for over a month now and the customer service department has proven to be viable to the Beazer name. There are always problems in life with anything but to me its how you handle the problems as they come and Beazer,s customer service department has been on top of it from the start. As soon as I report an issue to the Beazer warranty department on the website, I receive a call within a couple days as promised by Beaszer and the contractor to schedule an appointment for someone to come out and fix the issue. This is my second new home and the builder that I bought my first home from had horrible customer service compared to Beazer. My overall experience from the sales rep to the superintendent to the customer service department has been a pleasant one and my family is very impressed with Beazer homes. A+ in our book. ... More

The completion date of our home was changed several times, initially the house was to be complete before thanksgiving but was not actually complete until December 20th. With the extra time taken, you would think that everything would be perfect, yet despite having 2 walk-throughs prior to move in, everything was not perfect or fixed. Very frustrating to be paying almost half a million for a house that has missing paint, cracks in wall, chips in granite, etc.

Good location and Reasonable price and excellent customer services. Special thanks to the Sales Teams, Keedron & Cathay who helped and explained the buying procedures; keep update information until Closing of Escrow. Another appreciation to the Maintenance & Warranty Team; especial thanks to Jay, who has quick responses and take care the follow up maintenance by heart and professional. Definitely recommend to friends and relatives.

A laundry list of items to many to list that still has to be fixed or repaired.

The fit and finish of our new home is not the quality that we expected. It appears that the constitution crew rushed and did not pay attention to detail.

We greatly enjoy our home and Nicole who helped us purchase it was great. Customer service after that has been a little slow. And not one instruction/owners manual for anything in the house.
