Great sales team and builder team!

Home are well designed and construction quality is good.

I was not told I couldn’t put a refrigerator in the garage because the circuit is defective and can’t handle the load, so I purchased a refrigerator and had to return it because I was not told the garage circuit could not handle the refrigerator prior to my move in date. Now Beazer managers don’t want to reimburse me for my return fees. This is unacceptable that a new home owner has to deal with such a problem, when we already have multiple things to deal with when moving into a new house.

The last month was really messy and rushed. The closing process was a hassle with the builders and I didn’t feel like they were transparent with us about how long it would take to close. Things were missing up until the last minute and I felt like we were rushed just to meet the end of the quarter numbers.

From the housing counselors to the builders themselves, they did a wonderful job of responding to our questions, repairs. We were happy to move into our home, and after our move, we were impressed by their continued effort to attend to even the smallest of details. We were disappointed that we did not have initial pick over the custom choices of paints, flooring, carpets & cabinetry, and were a surprised by the the inexplicable increased price of the lot (even though the yard was smaller than the model and other houses), but are overall still satisfied.

The great customer service we received from Kathlyn ! The quality of the home and the attention Beazer gave to detail. Our buying experience was seamless. The great service and patience from Troy at the design center. The Persistent push from Nina to get us through the process .

Shannon and Jody were amazing and all the pictures they sent during construction kept me updated on the progress during construction when I couldn’t make it!

All of the issues we had to fix in the house were taken care of by Brendan in a very timely manner he has been great been on top of everthing !!!

The overall home buying experience was wonderful. Nina is extremely helpful with keeping the buyer informed throughout the whole process. The construction was completed on time. Wyatt was very thorough doing the walk-thru, explaining all the features of the home. I would highly recommend a Beazer home at The Cove.

Shannon and Jody made this home buying experience awesome! We wouldn’t be here without their help! This was a perfect fit for my wife and I. The only problem we had was with the builders that didn’t let us know about the placement of the AC units that didn’t follow the initial blueprint until closing day. In addition to the type of fences we were going to have on both ends of our patio area that closes off a number of square feet to us. However, Shannon, Jody, Brandon, and Watt have totally made up for the builders mistakes and have taken care of us 100% to make this move in experience like no other! Our home was built beautifully, and all persons involved were a dream to work with.

The entire experience was amazing!! Shannon and Jody were absolutely amazing in answering all our questions and being there when we needed them. Troy helped us pick out amazing items for our home during our design appointment and Brendan was amazing during our walk through. Everyone was amazing the entire way and we are happy to be in our new home!

The buying process was extremely pleasant due to the professional service of representatives. The attention to higher quality details on the house surpasses the expectations and we bought new houses in the past. The designer in design center, Troy is very helpful with insights and advices. He knew what I wanted to achieve exactly. Every step and stage were pleasant. For us, there was no stress from beginning to the end. Even after moving in, the warranty service was exemplary. I could not find any complaints at all with these people.

The purchase process was fantastic.  The sales people were very helpful and knowledgeable. But less than 2 weeks after we got the keys there was water intrusion in the Master Bedroom.  The repairs including mold removal took over 2 weeks done by about 20 people.  This caused delays and massive interuptions to our moving-in plans. Plus there's the nagging fear that there are other damages hiding between the walls.

Being a first time home buyer I was pretty nervous to say the least. I knew nothing about buying a home or the process of buying a new constitution home. The sales staff was extremely helpful answering all of my questions and the builder was more than happy to walk me through the building process. I now have an amazing place to call home. Thank you!!
