This is our second home in the Cove community. Our process was straight forward and everyone was so accommodating when to came to scheduling appointments and answering questions.

The home was about 2 weeks late.

I rate a 15 out of 10! The first-time experience of purchasing a home can be rather strenuous and challenging, but the Beazer Homes team made the entire process easy! From viewing homes and choosing my beautiful property, to closing and getting my keys, I'll never forget this once-in-a-lifetime experience. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!

I had a wonderful experience finding my new home. Shannon, Jody, Darell and Paco all put the extra effort to make sure I find the perfect home. Could not have asked for anyone better!

The whole process from start to do no ish was amazing! I would recommend Beazer and this development to anyone. LOVE LOVE LOVE my new home, the beautiful clubhouse, the wakability, neighborhood and landscaping. So many beautiful details were out into the design of my home and the neighborhood.

Every aspect of our home-buying experience with Beazer Homes was nothing short of exceptional! We have visited several model homes from different builders but the minute we stepped into the Beazer Homes model home, Joanne warmly and professionally greeted and provided us with just the right amount of information we needed to make our decision to choose Beazer Homes. We felt that she wasn't just trying to sell us a house but was sincere in understanding what we were looking for. She answered all of our questions and we could feel how genuine and honest she was. This was a big factor in our decision to go with Beazer as we wanted to work with someone we felt we could trust and partner with during the entire construction and home-buying process. Beazer's build quality is top-notch. We haven't had any issues with our home since we moved in almost 4 months ago. Their claim of building an energy-efficient home does not disappoint! We find that we only need to run our heater or AC for a very short period of time and the temperature in the home is well-balanced in all of the rooms. In addition, the open floor plan and even the standard options are of great quality. Lastly, Beazer Homes truly care about our overall satisfaction. They are serious about getting feedback on our experience and they are very responsive and have taken action in everything we have presented to them. This includes every aspect of our home-buying journey from negotiations with the contract, choosing options at the design studio, the construction period, closing escrow, and even after moving in. We are so happy and extremely satisfied with choosing Beazer as our builder and would not hesitate to buy another Beazer home in the future. To knotch all the way through the buying and building experience. Cindi constantly checked in on paperwork items and went above and beyond to help me feel supported (including taking into account my allergy to plug ins in the show room which was so sweet) Todd the designer is super knowledgeable and friendly and had excellent suggestions, and Joe continues to be amazing with warranty issues to make final adjustments to the home. I feel really good about everything. Thank you, Beazer! I’m looking forward to being where for a long time.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Shannon and Joanne were excellent in guiding me through my first-time home buying process. They went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs were met. The communication was fantastic and I felt taken care of. The mortgage choice program was also amazing and a process I had no idea existed. It allowed me to view multiple loan options and choose the most ideal loan for my situation. The Carver Group did an amazing job. Troy was amazing at the design studio as well. He was able to give expert recommendations and suggestions that really fit well together in our home. After moving into the home, Keisha has been amazing! She follows up consistently to make sure everything is going smoothly. She was also able to answer all the questions I had about my new home and continues to ensure everything is great. Lot of problems inside but guaranteed service are good

Dozens of roof tiles not secure, several cracks in ceilings, unfinished painting, water heater not working….. just to name is few. REALLY unhappy. Y

We recently moved into our exciting first new home to be welcomed to nothing but disappointments and let downs. For what is supposed to be a brand new home, quickly is feeling very much so like a previously owned home where a lot of the construction has been DIY’ed by someone inexperienced who doesn’t know what they’re doing. There’s flaws all over, which we have been reassured would be corrected. This has given us some false sense of hope and peace. It has been an extremely uneasy experience with Beazers customer care team. We are currently experiencing a newly found leak in one of our bathrooms as we speak. Beazers customer care team is reluctant to address our issues with our home and is really giving us the run around to getting things addressed. We have been having issues with our HVAC unit and they kept trying to tell us everything was normal, and that the heat in the house just rises, but finally after countess tedious attempts to get someone to come check out our unit, we were right about something truly being wrong with our system! It has been aggravating watching our real concerns being neglected. The HVAC tech that came out, confirmed that there was a faulty motor that was malfunctioning and it was stuck on always heating the upstairs instead of turning in a methodical way to turn on upstairs or off to downstairs, it was just stuck on upstairs heating. Who knows how much this has impacted our utility bills but let me tell you they have not been looking pretty. Beazers customer care team will try to down play and brush off all of our issues as normal, just like with this HVAC issue we were having just to save some money. We hate to complain, but we just really have been having a nightmare of an experience and hope it doesn’t continue in this manner. I think every new home owner would agree that it should not feel like pulling teeth to have their builder (Beazer) address their mistakes and flaws that they missed while clearly rushing to build countless of these homes. We love our new Beazer home, but probably would reconsider buying due to the poor customer care experience we have been having. It is almost 2 weeks today since we discovered our master bath sink is leaking and still nothing is being done to correct this. We hope that our issues will be addressed and fixed as we have been reassured would before but so far Beazer customer care team has being nothing but careless and always misses scheduled appointments to come check out our pending issues and will be super unresponsive to your concerns and issues with your supposed brand new home. ... We were impressed with the entire process from the initial walkthrough of the models to custom designing our home, to selecting our mortgage provider, to the final walkthrough. We love our spacious modern home! Nina was fantastic to work with.

I am very disappointed with the carelessness and poor protection of counter tops, flooring, cabinetry, as a result of people (primarily contractors) improperly placing tools and causing damage. I am also disappointed that Beazer staff did not resolve these matters prior to final inspection. The post move-in 45-day, 90-day follow-up appointments for inspection and repairs have been delayed. Everyone involved in the build of new homes should treat each new home as if it were their own home and paid with their hard owned money. This will be my first and last Beazer purchase.
