House looks great and looks like professionals built it. Everyone I came in contact with was very professional and acted quickly on general asks.

The home was nice the only thing I have against it ,was noise Hearing the neighborsfootsteps like you leave in an apartment. If I am to do it again I wouldn't buy it . It wasn't the builders fault though.

The process had a few stressful moments, as homebuying naturally does, but the team was helpful, responsive, and worked with us throughout the process. We are very happy with our new home and appreciate everyone who helped make it happen. I would definitely recommend this builder to others.

They gave us our dream home, something we honestly never thought we would be able to afford, and we are incredibly grateful for everyone who made that possible. Our sales rep Becca was wonderful throughout the buying process and helped make such a huge decision feel exciting and achievable. But we especially want to recognize our construction manager, Alex, who has truly been one of the biggest reasons our experience with Beazer has been so great. Alex was there every step of the way and genuinely cared about making sure my wife and I received a home we would be proud of. We are extremely grateful for Alex and the entire team of trades who worked alongside him to build us such a beautiful, wonderful home. You can tell that a lot of hard work went into bringing everything together, and we appreciate every person who had a hand in building the place we now get to call home. What has impressed us even more is that Alex's support didn't stop once we closed. Anytime something has come up, he has been on top of it, and issues have usually been addressed within a day or two. He communicates with us, follows through, and has even taken the time to personally check in after closing to make sure we're happy and don't have any issues. That means more to us than he probably realizes. Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions you can make, and having someone like Alex who truly stands behind the home he and his team built has given us so much confidence in our decision. Our salesperson, Mark ***** was very responsive to our many questions and requests during the sales process and always gave us the truth, even if it was not what we wanted to hear.

I had a wonderful experience during my new home walk-through with Ana, Joe and Becky . Our builder and project manager were thorough, professional, and patient, answering all our questions and making sure every single detail was spotless before closing.

The home building process was outlined by the builder and they followed it very closely. The house was built with quality structural materials. Value to the customer increased through the builders "design center concept" where trim quality is chosen by the buyer based on their budget. The construction team was easy to contact and work with through out the entire construction process. They have also been available after completion to make a few corrections. Beazer Homes has a robust after move-in warranty program and works closely with the buyer to correct the inevitable construction defects one finds after living in a new house. We were very happy with the purchasing agent Latrisa and the initial process. Very nice and friendly sales person. Quality of the home. We have been quite a bit disappointed with several of the materials used for building our home, specifically the FLOORING!. Substandard laminate material, poor quality, and it was a big ticket item to upgrade. Very disappointed and regretting not having selected carpet and done the replacement of the flooring at a later date. We feel that for the amount of money we payed for the home, there was few options to select from at the design center. Paint options, mirrors and such few upgrade options. Within the first few moments of meeting someone, you often get a sense of what you can expect from them moving forward. From the very beginning, it was clear to everyone in my family who met our builder, Corey, and our Beazer Representative, Elizabeth, that we were in exceptional hands. What we experienced throughout the entire process was nothing short of sustained, superior performance. In every way imaginable, Corey and his team went above and beyond to support us through what was a 90% site unseen, out of state home purchase, and to top it all off, it was our very first experience buying a home! Like any first-time homeowner, we had countless questions, concerns, and uncertainties. Corey and his team addressed every single one of them with patience, professionalism, and genuine care. Great communication and dedication to the customer

We purchased the Canterbury I model and overall have a few suggestions for improvement. The master shower window feels a little small, and the built-in shower niches are too small to accommodate larger shampoo and body-wash bottles. In the upstairs guest bathroom, the space between the toilet and bathtub is quite tight, making it difficult to enter and close the door comfortably. We have also noticed that the Bemis toilet seats/fixtures tend to stain easily, and the stains are difficult to remove. It would also be very helpful if all bathrooms came standard with toilet-paper holders and towel bars/hooks ... More
