Gary, our builder, and his crew were excellent. You can tell they take pride in their work.

Will they build you a house? Yes. Will they miss the little things they shouldn't? Also yes. Here's some examples: Tons of paint drops on your floor because they're in a rush to fix paint mistakes they made weeks back and it's 3 days out from closing Failing make good on their promises to get you a $600 giftcard you're owed because they put the wrong model of appliance in the contract and got you "upgrades" instead, for TWO MONTHS after closing. Putting in several one-way light switches upside down. Price gouging you on carpets, you pay for a whole house but get it only in 1/4 of the house by square footage. Failing to know the layout of their own houses, so your kitchen vent hood has a kink in it, making yours the only one on earth with this "feature". These are just a few. We love our home and community. Beazer knocked others out of the park with Belle Vie! It’s quaint and feels very exclusive with the small number of homes. The location is very conveniently located. We are happy to have found it.

Our buying process with Beazer was SO easy and awesome. Starting with Dave, who kept us in the loop every step of the way. The quality of the construction is top-notch. Our family has built another house with a large well-known builder. Beazer is 1000% better. Jerry is the best! We are so glad we bought our home through Beazer! Service has been nothing short of extraordinary! We’ve been living in our new home now for a few months and everything is still just as wonderful. Dave and Jerry were both excellent! Along the way, Dave was attentive to the whole process and went the extra mile, even though he didn't make any money on our deal because another agent’s name was on the deal. He went out of his way to grab keys for us when needed, he gave my extended family members tours of the model home when they came to look without us. He even sent us some beautiful photos of the property that were taken. I'd also like to recognize Jerry for his outstanding service. I NEVER would have expected such an attentive, kind, professional and thorough GC. Jerry is absolutely the reason why I would tell everyone I know to buy a Beazer home! He provided us with detailed and thorough updates as our home was being built, which we greatly looked forward to. He has impeccable attention to detail and make sure each of the contractors performed their job to the highest quality. He even noticed little details that we didn't even see! He informed us of every inspection and the results of each. When there were minor issues (the cleaners scuffed the baseboards with their vacuum), he made sure that things were fixed promptly. He even accommodated our specific requests and never made us feel bad for our questions. He did an extraordinary job at keeping the construction on track so that we could move into our new home by Christmas. On top of it all, he made us feel so special the entire journey. A troubled start, as Beazer gave up the sale, but after interference from our broker, the work was completed on time, with a good finish and support from the builder! We are satisfied and happy because we paid the fair price for an excellent house.

We had a great experience working with the Beazer team and love our new home!

Everything is left to sub contractors and their vendors, no control by construction supervisor as he may be handling too many jobs, response to customer questions during construction is very negative and try to reply as that is standard in Central Florida as labor shortage, Pressure test on water pipes not done properly and resulted in water leaks under the concrete slabs even after four days of purchase.

You need used better painting for the house

Every one at Beazer was a pleasure to work with. Very professional, prompt and do what they say. My home was completed on time. We had a couple of minor issues which they fixed right away.

House is amazing, neighborhood is amazing but it’s the people involved with you day to day that make the experience. Jerry did and continues to go above and beyond what his job description requires. His personal involvement has made the amazing experience an incredible experience. In a world where negativity floats to the top this deserves to be said.

I have purchased many new homes for myself and family members from Lennar, Pulte, David Weekley & Toll Brothers. Beazer Homes homes stands out above all the rest. The sales and selection process is stress free and the building team is simply the best. Beazer Homes will not rest until you get the home you dreamed of. I can not say enough about the construction team and there follow up after your home closes. Buy with confidence, you will not be disappointed.

It has NOT been smooth sailing with Beazer. We have had many post move problems with the house, especially the broken water main. The time to resolve these issues has been longer than expected. There are still some pending issues to resolve. This is less than two into a brand new home.

Poor customer Service things promise that we’re not done things need to be done and they are ignoring us the builder treats Homeowners poorly. My suggestion is if they promise the homebuyer you need to get it in writing as they will not follow through they still need to fix our pavers which have paint all over them both on most of the driveway and the front porch or microwave is faulty there are chipped tiles everywhere that you don’t see unless you live in the house but now they won’t fix them because we did not see it before hand Which is almost impossible the entire experience has been a nightmare what we conclude is do not buy a home from Beazer ... Purchasing a home with Beazer was a simple and very easy process. Bob was our builder who kept us informed and answered all our questions. We had very few issues and the few items that did arise were taken care in a very timely manner.

Overall a good buying experiences little of dropping the ball when the Beazer sales contact was changed. Never heard from the the sales person
