Make sure they are telling you the real status

From the first viewing of the model units to the Closing Day, there were three different sales people involved; however, two of them periodically emailed progress photos that were helpful. Generally, there was an overall lack of pertinent information and follow-through. The quality of the build was explained in detail during a construction progress site visit but at the end, there was a distinct cutting of corners in the details and interior finishes that are sadly outdated; yes, this is a 55+ community but not all of the buyers are from our grandmother's generation.

Buying was easy. Waiting for the delivery of the unit was difficult. When we bought, the estimated delivery was between Feb.-April 2024. We finally occupied the unit on Sept. 2024. In the meantime we lived in a rental unit for 11 mo. waiting for the completion of the bldg. During the wait tme we had no information from Corp. Beazer letting us know what was the true delivery time.

I had a sales manager named Kevin who threatened me every step of the sales process. It was a very painful experience. I will never ever buy a home from Beazer again. On the contrary the service team has been excellent

Angela was instrumental in preparing for move in. She was attentive to detail and ensured the unit was ready for move in. Despite delays in closing date, she truly made a difference once the unit was ready.

I had with Beazer Homes. On 03/05/2024 I was scheduled to sign documents at the title company. However, upon arrival, I had to wait for an unacceptable seven hours due to the fact that Beazer Homes had not provided the necessary survey documents. This delay not only caused significant inconvenience but also resulted in unexpected expenses amounting to several thousand dollars. The situation was further exacerbated by the unprofessional and rude behavior of Kevin Dixon, the Beazer Homes Sales Director. His response to the issue was dismissive and lacking in courtesy, which only added to my frustration and disappointment. The situation was made even worse by the unprofessional and rude behavior of Kevin Dixon, the Beazer Homes Sales Director. YES! AGAIN! His suggestion that we “sleep on the floor because we had a house” was incredibly insensitive and dismissive, particularly considering that we had no furniture, not even a bed for my two little kids. As a customer, I expected a higher standard of service and professionalism from a company of Beazer Homes' standing. My building superintendents were great to work with - they built me a quality, beautiful home!

Our salesperson, Dustin, was everything you would want in a salesperson. He was professional, courteous, prompt with replies. We were really sorry to see him leave.

I am extremely happy in my new Beasor home. The weight was long, but in the end it was worth it. My home is not only beautiful, but oh great quality in the products that Beazer uses.

Very happy with the construction

Like all immigrants, we are Brazilians, our desire was to buy a house in America and have a real experience of the American lifestyle. Because we knew little about the culture and commercial relations in the USA, our biggest concern was having someone who could help us and understand our needs and perspectives. Therefore, we visited several house launches in Orlando and the region. We heard from friends about Minneola's future potential, and we decided to check it out. We knew several brokers from different condominiums in the region, but when we discovered Beazer's project through the broker, Mrs. Mariana, we fell in love. The house and the size of the land immediately met our expectations, and Mrs Mariana's good work was decisive in the purchase. We speak very little English, and Mrs Mariana was very patient and tried hard to understand us and talk about the details. She translated a lot of what we said using Google Translate, her patience helped us a lot. As soon as we started building, we were surprised again by the good work of Mr Jeff, who sent us an email, giving details of the construction stages. At the time we were in Brazil and we were unable to follow the construction, but Mr Jeff always sent photos and details of the stages and this was very good, as we were able to follow from afar as the construction progressed. When we scheduled the closing of the house, we had a new surprise with the service from Mr. Carlis, who spared no effort in giving us all the details of the house and the closing process. Mr. Carlis scheduled a visit and explained to us with great patience, translating with the Google app and with the help of our broker, Mrs. Aslhey, all the details of the house, writing down the observations and the following week, the few points that identified, they were already resolved. In short, we felt very calm and safe when we learned about the work of Mr. Carlis and Mr. Jeff, who were always tireless in helping us whenever we needed it. We were so grateful to them for their patience and help, that we made them a typical Brazilian barbecue in gratitude. We were also very happy to choose the construction company Beazer. At the time, we searched Google for information about its suitability, history and quality. We really appreciate knowing that this is a large company, concerned with the environment and with the best quality of services. Therefore, we warmly congratulate the team of professionals at Beazer, represented by the professionals we know, Mr Jeff, Mr Carlos and Mrs Mariana, and for the construction company's excellent service, thus realizing our American dream of living. Abigail and Abe helped us so much during the buying and contract phases. Nathan at the design center was so knowledgeable and helped us make our home truly ours. Finally there aren’t enough good things I can say about Greg, he was amazing throughout all the phases of our home being built and kept up a great line of communication.

Since this was my first time buying a home, I had a lot to remember and learn. Alex was a great asset when it came to understanding the house. From the beginning he explained everything so efficiently and was very patient with my millions questions. Every time I didn’t understand something he was always available and with a great attitude. I feel like as first homebuyers, having someone like him to guide you through the house process and things like what to look out for or things like changing the air filter etc. is very important because that gives you the sense of looking forward with Baezer and even recommending them ! We had a great experience with Beazer overall. We bought a Beazer (Radcliff, one story model) home that someone else had given up on. The quality of the construction materials was very good, and our builder Greg was very competent and meticulous - everything was aligned and well finished. Alex, our post sales customer contact had been great, always helping us with warranty registrations and contract with their warranty department. The warranty dept. is also surprisingly fast to fix problems, like a clogged drain and a door with a small crack, which was completely replaced and painted. The only problem we had was initially with the sales manager, who always took to long to answer our requests to change the upgrades, and we missed the deadlines because of her delays.
