Overall I would say our experience was great. Most of the issues were resolved in a timely manner, although there are still some smaller things pending from the warranty side. I want to give a special thanks to Jeremy our construction manager for making sure everything was always done to our liking, for always having a good attitude and for being professional.

I purchased a home in Osceola County, Florida. Located at PennyRoyal, Florida 34744. The reason for the email is that I am very dissatisfied and frustrated with the way your company is handling my non-working AC issue. I purchased and closed my home in October 25th 2022 and my AC is still not working. This issue was acknowledged during the first walk (shame on me for closing in good faith)and the sales agent/construction promised me the issue would be resolved before I close. It’s been several months since I closed on my new home and I still have not been able to move in or enjoy my new home. Not to mention that I been coming out of pocket paying for a mortgage on a home that I am yet to occupied because the AC does not work and still has not been fixed I am writing this letter in good faith hoping to get your attention on this matter and get this AC issue resolved as soon as possible. During the process of building my home I had many questions that were answered along the way. Never once was I uncertain of what the next step was. Greg was very attentive to my wants and always assured me the best outcome. I am very pleased with my overall experience. I highly recommend Beazer Homes!!

The building process was stressful and time consuming. However, I was grateful for Greg and Ariane. Ariane helped put me in contact w a lender that got me a great rate. Greg is very responsive and is always willing to help when needed.

The process of buying a home is not easy but from the start Jarret was a great guide through this journey. The place took some time and it is the only reason why it's not five stars. I can honestly say that Jarret kept us up to date with pictures, ready to answer any questions and being a positive light through out the process which really helped balance the delay and ease the anxiety. Also, working with Bryan through their lending company helped us understand the process of purchasing for the first time and he was patient with the many questions we had. The process of buying my first home with Beazer homes was a great experience. All the collaborators are very professional and friendly.

We have had a positive experience with Beazer, from sales, to construction to warranty and post closing punch list. Beautiful home, all challenges addressed quickly and thoroughly. Greg and Carlis have been awesome to work with.

Nino has been fantastic.

The communication was awful. My wife and I had to relocate to a hotel, because Beazer did not communicate the 2nd time our closing was changed. Beazer made a small attempt to compensate us, but only about half of the expense they created. The warranty department has been pitiful. The warranty guy “Steve” has no business dealing with the home buyer. His supervisor “Ryan” has made no attempt to get in touch with us. He is either unaware of our issues, or he doesn’t care! Neither is acceptable. The good news is, we do like our home.

From start to finish, our experience has been outstanding. Jarrett is the best. The closing process was as streamline as possible. The total process taking about 3 weeks. The walk through with Steve went well also. Overall a very good experience. Everyone had been very friendly, but professional. Always willing to help with questions etc. so glad we selected the Gatherings as our home.

The entire process was smooth. I like my house, but there are some things that I am still waiting for them to fix. I have a bathroom cabinet broken, my closet is still missing one side and I can’t put anything there yet, the garage door is super noisy, etc. They promise to fix it, but I closed two months ago, and I am still waiting.

Overall our experience was great! We love our new home!

We have the Chestnut model overlooking the lake. The rooms are spacious with nice size closets. The living room is open and spacious and has a beautiful lake view and connecting balcony. The cabinets and countertops are even more beautiful than the samples in the design center. Overall, we are very pleased with our new home.

We had a fantastic experience with Mike and Jeff and then also Christina from first service but the follow up person has really not done a very good job. We love our place and the quality of what they’ve built but we wish they’d go ahead and wrap up the couple things we have left. Great experience otherwise and I won’t let the lack of follow up from one person flaw my overall judgment.

Abe was a great sales guide walked us through the process and accepted us graciously every time we came to visit the house and model. Jeff is outstanding kept in touch with us through out the building of our home sending us pictures and updates. And even after we closed confirming any minor touch ups were done to our satisfaction. Both gentlemen went above and beyond.

First off, our experience with Greg our construction manger was excellent, 5 stars, have nothing but nice things to say about him. The bones of Beezer homes are excellent quality. However, as it got closer to closing, with supply chain issues, we had to pick a different flooring. The trim carpenters choose to install the baseboards and we wound up with quarter round against the baseboards, definitely not great. The biggest disappointment however has nothing to do with construction, but the architect. Never in all the homes we have owned have I ever had to worry about looking at the garage space. The garage, even though 3 car, is too narrow and not deep enough. Conversations with our neighbors have made the same comments. It would have been so easy to add a foot or 2 to the front and to the side which would have made the home so much nicer. The finishes are what one would expect from a tract home and we had the interior repainted as soon as we closed. Offering upgrades that are reasonable would have been a plus. My wife and I recently closed on a home with Beazer in March 2022, and could not be happier with both the product and the service. The home is very well built, and we love they layout and finishes. The standout part of this process though was the service. Moe was very professional and informative throughout the purchase process, and Greg did an amazing job making sure that any concerns we had with construction were addressed in a timely manner. Everyone was very detail oriented. Would definitely recommend this builder to anyone looking into new construction!

The entire experience from beginning to end was very organized and seamless.

We purchased our home in Aug. 2021. From the start, the Beazer team was informative and helpful. Our salesperson and designer were professional and easy to talk to. As building progressed, Beazer kept us up to date with both phone calls and pictures of the progress of the house. In fact, our home was completed earlier than expected. When it came time to walk through the home prior to closing, we discovered that some of our design selections were not met. Beazer assured us that their error would be corrected by closing. To our surprise on the day of closing the fixtures in our bathroom were still incorrect. At that time Beazer did work relentlessly to correct the problem. After closing, we have had an issue with our sliding glass door and blinds. The blinds over the door were installed backwards and have still not been corrected and the flooring by the sliding glass door was installed incorrectly causing the door to rub and not close properly. We’ve contacted our service person with Beazer about the issue, and the problem has still not been addressed. We have been waiting over a week to hear back from him. Beside this issue with our door, the rest of our home is beautiful. I just think that the people handling the servicing of our home should be a bit more informative. Great experience building with Beazer. Greg was a great guy to work with. Very knowledgeable and friendly, he helped us every step of the way and was always available no matter what. It made the process very easy and made closing and move in much more enjoyable.

Took a look at Beazer homes Park View in Minneola. Met with Abe A. and he told me of what was coming up as a spec home. A model for my plan wasn't available, but I was able to look at the size of one inside a being built home in its pre-mud drywall stage. My spec home was slated (at that time per the website as Avail February), but in these supply chain times, I knew it would be later and planned for March or April in my mind. As supply chain things go, I had to choose flooring two times at the design center after the spec house choice because of supply chain issues, but I am happy with what I ended up with despite pushing the close from mid-March to the end of March. There was a tile waterproofing issue in the primary bath witch I was told was rectified, and the tilers apparently installed a L3 tile in the kitchen, when the spec called for a L1 basic white subway. Thats a win in my book, as I liked what they inadvertently put in! The closing was all the way in Orlando. It would have been nice to have a closing closer than 25 miles away from the home. Post-closing of course has its issues, but the warranty team is working on a few imperfections discovered at closing inspection. Overall, this is my third home purchase from a builder, and a reminder to all the first timers going thru a new build house. The buying experience with Beazer Homes is quite unique for me and my wife. We took over a house that fell back to the market. In other words, we did not have any interaction with Jeff when the house was being built under his supervision. There have been issues/questions since the move-in, and Jeff is nothing short of an amazing builder, not only being responsive to all my requests, but guiding us through each and every one of them. He either takes care of the businesses himself, or directs us to the right point of contact. Abe (the sales counselor) and Carlis (customer care) are brilliant to work with as well. Abe is very upfront with the purchasing process at Beazer Homes, and Carlis helps us reach out to contractors/companies accordingly.
