Beazer builds exceptional homes , we compared them to some of the other builders in the area and found them to be the best. The structure of the house is far superior then others that we saw.

Greg was great during our process and even after we moved in.

Many normal or standard options were either not available or cost upgrades.. These include toilet paper holders, towel bar or ring, shower tension rod, soap holders in shower, shower head that everyone can reach(not just 6ft tall people), gutters for first level where roof designs dumps water in flower beds, even door knobs. Design center does not show enough examples either in person or in a picture. Especially for back splashes, tiles, counters and flooring.

The construction manager Mr . Jeremy is very professional, friendly and he ready to got he extra mile for he customer. He provide a excellent support to us. We are very happy with the kind of customer service that he provide to us.. We love our new home very good construction. For us Beazer is the best.

First off… I would like to say… Abe and Jeremy are the BEST!!! From start to finish they answered all questions made the process very easy! There’s was a few hiccups on delivery but overall great experience! We love our home! Thank you!!

A great experience! Since the very beginning, when Ariane (sales) was assisting us, everything went smooth. She was able to go over all the questions we had, discuss the options with us and confirm with the design center if whatever we were asking was feasible or not. She was also sending us updates on the construction, which was great! During the construction, every single time I had a question or wanted to clarify something, Jeremy (the builder) was there to assist us. He's really approachable and a very pleasant person. When we first were looking at homes, Beazer immediately stood out. Abe, our new home counselor was incredibly welcoming and took his time to walk us through every detail even after we told him we were just browsing. Every home afterwards we subconsciously and consciously compared to Beazer, and every new home salesman to be honest. It took us less than a month of comparing to sign a contract with Abe. From groundbreaking to even now, 2 months after closing, our builder Jeff and Abe have been with us every step of the way. Beazer customer service has been phenomenal. If an issue arises, they take care of it. The house is built very well, stays cool even in blistering Florida summer thanks to great insulation, is energy efficient, and we've been very pleased overall. ... More

This was our first new construction home build. Abe and Jeff were very communicative and helpful throughout the whole process. They answered every question we had and sought to get the best answer for us. We love our home and the community. When we moved in Abe and Jeff made sure any issues we had were resolved in a timely manner. We are very satisfied with our home buying experience.

Our sales rep disappeared once we signed the contract, which delayed closing by weeks. Never heard from the original "closing agent" rep from Beazer until I escalated. Team took over to push the closing forward. Warranty is a mystery. At closing the closing team had no idea of the process to notify HOA - I had to reach out to them via escalation. I notified Beazer that the closing process was terrible, hopefully that will improve. HOA management company is strong - so that has been a good experience.

Jeremy and Ariane were supportive throughout our experience in getting our home. Jeremy is always responsive to anything that needs fixing after closing.

They need better toilet seats The ones that are in there are not good. It’s a 55 plus where are the grab rails. Shelves are to high in laundry. Other than that it’s okay

Since the first day we were interested building with Beazer the sales rep (new home consultant) was super informative and promptly answered our questions and concerns. Following going under contract, our builder became our primary contact and was very receptive of our concerns that arose and promptly addressed them. Furthermore, the builder maintained a good communication channel between us and our sales rep and as a team our house was completed with little delay. One critical point of feedback would be a recommendation to Beazer to contract higher quality sub contractors. Perhaps it is the region we are in (central Florida) that hosts a variety of lesser quality subcontractors but regardless of the region I encourage Beazer to scout out better subs which in turn would lead to higher customer satisfaction thus leading to more positive reviews and word-of-mouth to new potential customers. ... I can't stress enough how well Beazer kept in communication with me throughout the entire build process. My salesman, Dave, (who was transferred to a different community) would call to see how things were going. The permitting and closing people, Barbara and Renee, were good at keeping me updated on approximately when the house was going to start construction and when closing was going to take place. My project manager, Jeff, was excellent at giving me timelines of how long each phase of the home build was going to take. If there was a delay, he would let me know. If there was a problem during the build, he let me know what was going on and when it was resolved. Even after closing, Jeff still stops by to ask how things are going when he sees me outside. The lines of communication are always open and the entire staff is more than willing to help you. ... More

My experience with the staff at Parkview at the Hills was a very pleasing one during the entire building process. Ariane at the sales office, was friendly, professional and addressed our concerns. Jeremy maintained consistent communication regarding updates, progress photos and addressed all of the questions, concerns and issues we were faced we were faced with during the entire process. In fact, they have still been helpful and communicative even after closing especially regarding my warranty issues. I highly recommend this team through the building process. My warranty issues are still being addressed with the team and I appreciate. However, I was not pleased with the experience at closing between the broker and title company and at the last minute felt very rushed and unable to review final documents and get questions answered accurately. ... I Recommended 100% really good builder

After only 2 months, we have cracks in the walls. Our insinkerator is broken. After 19 days, still no response to warranty claim. A/C vents have been falling off the ceiling, and ceiling looks water stained. The ceiling was uneven in the master bedroom, but that was finally resolved after waiting a long time. Very Disappointed!!

We found that the house has many issues, AC stopped working 4 weeks after closing date, AC tech found a towel inside of AC, water pressure low due to rocks and glue on pipes, no attic lid, laundry room is very hot and there is condensed water in AC vent. Inspectors need to pay more attention to details, customer service reps need to follow up until completion at this point attic lid and the wall opened to fix the water pipes still without paint.

Friendliness and support from Beazer and mortgage personnel were outstanding
